How does our Total Home Pest Protection Plan work?

1. First, we complete a thorough inspection of your entire home to identify current pest problems as well as conditions that are conducive to future pest infestations.

2. We then develop an integrated pest protection plan specifically to address current pest problems and prevent future ones.

3. Our interior application will include the installation of dry baits under your major appliances, treatment of cracks and crevices where insects like to hide, and treatment of plumbing chaseways under sinks. This thorough treatment will get rid of insects already inside your home.

4. For added insurance, we will treat your attic and crawlspaces for insects and rodents.

5. Our outside application will include treating flowerbeds, entryways, overhangs and eves, as well as around windows and doorframes. This exterior treatment will act as a barrier, keeping insects from entering your home.

6. Additional treatments inside the garage, where insects frequently gain access to homes, will help ensure that bugs stay out.

7. After the initial treatment, we will return four times a year to reinspect and retreat as needed in order to maintain a strong protective barrier.

8. Specialized treatments can also be arranged. Just let your technician know your needs and we will work together to get the job done.

9. Finally, we install the Advance Termite Baiting System around your home, and treat any existing termite activity with Termidor. Then on our regular visits, we inspect all termite stations for activity and install baits where termite activity is found.
